At Polymaker, we stand behind the quality of our 3D printing materials and hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and details regarding the specific filaments or accessories you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original vacuum-sealed packaging and securely place them in a shipping box with the provided Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technical team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 3-5 business days.
